These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Orbino Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the orbino.co.uk website and any services provided through it.

2. Services
Orbino Ltd provides software development, web development, mobile application development, and related digital services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or statement of work agreed between Orbino Ltd and the client prior to commencement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Orbino Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Orbino Ltd.
Upon full payment for a project, intellectual property rights for the client-specific deliverables will transfer to the client as agreed in the project contract. All third-party components, libraries, and frameworks remain subject to their respective licences.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the site, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the site or the networks or services connected to the site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Orbino Ltd in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within England and Wales.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
